A Norwalk Roofing Company That Stays in Touch After the Work

We are a residential roofing company caring for homes across Norwalk and nearby cities. We inspect before we recommend and explain the work in plain terms. Once the job is done, we return to look it over with you and show you how to keep it in good shape.

How We Work on Your Home

For many roofers, the job ends the day the crew loads the truck. Ours does not. After a new roof, a repair or new gutters, we come back to walk the job with you. We look at the flashing, the ridge and the drainage, and we answer the questions that only come up once you have lived under the work for a while.

Everything before that visit follows the same careful pace. It begins with a free inspection and a set of photos taken on your roof. From there we put together a free written estimate that spells out the materials and each step of the work. If a repair will hold, we tell you so. If the roof has reached the end of its useful life, we explain why, using what we saw on your roof rather than a sales sheet.

We hold a California roofing license, CSLB 1092407 (C-39), and we are insured. When your roof meets the requirements, we can offer CertainTeed SureStart PLUS 3-Star manufacturer coverage, and we walk you through what that protection covers before you sign anything. Se Habla Español: we are glad to talk through your roof in English or Spanish.

What You Can Expect From Us

  1. 01

A return visit after the work

Once the work has had time to settle, we set a time to come back. We check sealant lines, fastened edges and how water leaves the roof, and we take care of anything that needs attention.

  2. 02

    Care notes you can keep

We leave written notes on caring for the roof you have. They cover how often to clear gutters and valleys, what to watch for after the first winter rain, and why it pays to keep foot traffic off tile. Small habits like these help good material last.

  3. 03

    Materials explained, not pushed

Tile, asphalt shingle and low-slope flat roofing each age differently under strong sun and dry heat. We lay out the trade-offs in underlayment, ventilation and finish so you choose with clear information.

  4. 04

    Help with claims and payment

When a roof job ties into an insurance claim, we deal with that claim directly and hand over our photos and findings. The adjuster still makes the coverage call. If you would rather spread out the cost, you can ask us about financing through Service Finance Company, which depends on credit approval.

Norwalk and the Cities Next Door

Our crews cover Norwalk, CA along with Downey, Whittier, Buena Park, Lakewood, Bellflower, Pico Rivera, South Whittier, Paramount, Cerritos and La Mirada. A lot of homes in these cities were built in the mid-century years, and plenty of their roofs already hide an older layer or a few patches, so the decking gets a close look before any number goes on paper.

Working this close to home also makes the return visit simple to keep. You can find the full list on our Service Areas page.
